We use the usual methods of generic advertising, Linkedin and job boards, in addition we have a strategy focussed around referrals, tapping into our vast personal network which we continue to develop as new talent enters the marketplace. Often Recruitment Consultants within the ‘Recruitment to Recruitment’ sector spend the majority of their days sat behind a laptop firing off LinkedIn emails. Of course, LinkedIn forms a large part of our strategy. However, first and foremost, we are about building long term relationships with Recruitment Consultants placing a high emphasis on referrals and networking locally.

We have a focus on meeting candidates and clients (which National agency’s may struggle to do) this creates a better knowledge of our candidate’s experience, aspirations and motivations to ensure our placements result in a good fit.
Nearly 20 years of experience
With nearly 20 years recruitment experience, Victoria has gained a great insight into a variety of differing recruitment environments, she has worked for a large national agency, a medium sized business and a start-up. Victoria has built and maintained highly successful temporary, permanent and dual desks specialising within Accountancy and Office Support, and has managed staff running desks within Marketing, HR and IT. Victoria has worked alongside Technical recruiters and managers and provided group and 121 training to a whole host of different Consultants. This experience gained from Cambridge, London, Northampton and Peterborough is invaluable in understanding the nuances, skills, traits and experience required to succeed within differing teams.
